In this Privacy Policy, references to "we", "us", and "AmuneCare" refer to the AmuneCare healthcare coordination platform operating in Pune, Maharashtra, India. By visiting the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use.

When a User intends to share details of his/her health conditions via our forms or WhatsApp, we store the information safely to ensure efficient coordination. We collect personal information such as your full name, age, gender, phone number (including OTP-verified numbers), and medical queries.

We process your personal information for legitimate interests, including responding to your enquiry, connecting you with an appropriate surgical specialist, assisting with insurance pre-authorization, and conducting post-procedure follow-ups.

We may automatically track information based on User behavior (like IP address, browser type) using "cookies" to analyze web page flow and measure effectiveness. Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share your information with our network of independent surgeons and hospitals who help deliver the medical services you are enquiring about. Sharing is limited strictly to what is necessary to facilitate your consultation and surgical coordination.
